In an embarrassing acknowledgment, the space agency said Thursday that it must have erased the Apollo 11 moon footage years ago so that it could reuse the videotape.
OK, time for the "moon-landing-hoax" group to resurface. 
I believe NASA should check with Stanley Kubrick's estate for the original video.

The moment they do, I'm directing them to the Mythbusters episode where they demolished every Moon-landing hoax theory I've heard of.
Discovery's re-running the episode this week in honour of the 40th anniversary.
