Pour the stuff out and make new. Jeez, I woudn't drink horse piss just to avoid wasting a half pot of coffee.
Pour it out, rinse the pot, throw away the old filter and grounds, put in a new filter and new coffee, wait 3 minutes and drink something decent.
We had people at my job who thought regular coffee was too strong so they'd only drink it made with half a bag and others who put 2 and 3 bags at a time in there. I always poured their junk out and made new.
Mix it with a bag of powdered cocoa mix if you want something decent to drink.
