I am astonished at the absolute nastiness that is showing up on these boards against the poster Darwiniac....I believe Candace calls him "Coadi" because she thinks he's coadi from long ago. Could be, I don't know.
What I don't understand is why some are behaving like they are still in high school? Making fun of darwiniacs spelling errors, making fun of his grammer. Also, for some reason Loryn wondered if he was even continent. WHAT does his continence or lack thereof have to do with what is being discussed on these boards?

I understand that you don't want to leave the board, and I don't want you to leave the board either, but if "the board" makes you resort to such filth, well...it's not a good thing.
We have a responsibility as Christians to shine like Christ. Others should SEE Christ through us. Of course we all screw up, myself included. But I would hope that if you saw me off the path so far IN PUBLIC that you would call me on it before I hurt my Christian Witness any more.

Your lovely "darwiniac" is coadi from CARM, identified by myself through his CARM ISP and by limana through his AARM ISP. This is the cocksucker (see how unethically I post?) who referred to my three daughters (not only born in wedlock but the first born 4 YEARS after I was married) as "bastards" on CARM and who posted a death threat to homosexuals on CARM and then put my whole name and city in the thread right after he suggested that homosexuals in America be killed. I had to force the Admins to delete the posts.

I didn't expect you to give a hoot what I thought either way, that's why I wrote that in my OP, that there wasn't much I could say to you.
I can understand that you would be very angry at Coadi, I would be too...but the junior high/middle school stuff is just so...I don't know...belittling?
You are one of the smartest posters here, that's why I always find it so odd when you get down and dirty when you can usually tie somone up quite nicely with one well turned phrase.

I, personally, don't remember Coadi from CARM, but I do remember how much you (and others) hated him. I guess he was a really crude character from the way you all described him and now he is here on AARM. I remember speculation that Coadi was a troll account that more than one poster would use in order to let their hair down and say the really nasty stuff they were thinking, but couldn't post under their own name. Is this still a possibility?
I'm thinking the powers that be on CARM are upset that AARM has come back to life. Perhaps "Coadi" is another attempt to bring AARM down again? If so, they seem to be succeeding.
I, myself, have yet to interact with "Coadi" and I had suggested the same for Loryn when she PMed me telling me that she was thinking about leaving AARM for awhile.

And just how chickenshit are you people to let some jackass come here to our board and "shut it down?" Of COURSE the CARM admins use coadi as their pet pitbull. I can't tell you how many times he would say some awful shit to someone on their boards and cause a big huge mess and moderators would end up quitting and posters would leave and it would take a week to untangle and posters would get suspended left and right and it took hour after hout of somebody's time to straighten it all out and diane would just giggle and say, "he's so cute."

Then you have 3 choices:
1. Ignore EVERYTHING coadi posts. Don't respond to ANYTHING, not a single time;
2. Let him insult everybody and everything and sit back and smile and try to write nice conciliatory posts to keep the peace;
3. Develop a thick skin because you're going to need it here.
coadi is a typical controlling male-- he tries to censor through insult and intimidation. If he doesn't like what is being said in a thread, he will go on a cyber temper tantrum, posting one cut and paste after another, filling the boards with the same insulting post, quoted over and over, in huge font, until people give up and let every nasty thing he has to say, go unchallenged. You'll notice that other men here react in the same controlling male style: they don't even bother to read what posters write before they leap to intimidate and silence. This use of intimidation in posts suggests strongly that they have a history of spousal abuse. coadi does this, stiggy does this, and hiram does it. Yoda tries it but hasn't quite got it down yet, and just looks foolish when he starts up.
They don't like ANYBODY to question them or challenge them, and they go especially crazy when a woman does so.
I don't give a rat's ass what these men like and what they don't. I will say whatever the fuck I want to say and sit back and laugh at the temper tantrums.
You may do as you want in regards to interacting with them. I know I do and will continue to do so.
